Notice of the 98th Annual General Meeting
Date – Wednesday 24th November 2021.
Time: 5.30pm

MEMBERS MUST REGISTER TO JOIN
The AGM will be held as a virtual meeting and members must register to join.
To ensure the meeting is held in COVID-Safe conditions, the AGM will be
conducted by electronic means.
Registration is required by 5.00pm (AEST)

A link to join the meeting by video or telephone will be emailed to registrants on Wednesday 24th November 2021. Phone call attendees are encouraged to submit a proxy prior to the meeting, as phone voting will not be available.
Members joining by video link will be able to watch, listen and submit written questions.
Phone call attendees will be able to listen to proceedings only.
LODGING OF PROXY
Proxy forms are included in the notice and must be returned to the Receiving Officer by 5.00pm on Tuesday 23rd November 2021. The Chairman of the meeting intends to vote in favour of all resolutions being passed.
